Rama Shankar Singh, born on October 9, 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Managing Director, District Collector and Magistrate, and District Magistrate. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Social Welfare Department from July 26, 2004, to October 31, 2006. Throughout his career, Singh contributed to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh before retiring from service.
