Rama Shankar Naik, born on October 1, 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Collector, and CEO. His most recent position was Commissioner in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department, holding the post from January 18, 2015, to September 30, 2017. Throughout his career, Naik contributed to administrative functions within his cadre until his retirement.
