Rama Kant Shukla, born on September 7, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Director, Special Secretary, Additional Registrar, and District Magistrate. His most recent position was Divisional Commissioner at Bellary, Uttar Pradesh, from April 14, 2010, to September 30, 2010. He was associated with the Land Revenue and Disaster Management Department during his service.
