Ram Yadav, born on July 29, 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Member, and Special Secretary Director. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from January 12, 2004, to July 31, 2004. Throughout his career, Ram Yadav contributed to administrative functions within the Uttar Pradesh cadre before retiring from service.
