Ram Surat Dubey, born on November 1, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. During his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Minor Irrigation Department, a role he held from January 23, 2007, to October 31, 2009. Mr. Dubey's service in the IAS reflects his commitment to administrative roles within the Uttar Pradesh government until his retirement.
