Ram Singh, an IAS officer of the 2008 batch from the Assam Meghalaya cadre, was born on 20/01/1976. He holds a B.Sc. from Mumbai University and an M.A. from IGNOU Delhi. Fluent in English and Hindi, he served as the PS to Minister at Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairying.
