Ram Saran Verma, born on October 6, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Physics and a Certificate in French. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, District Magistrate, Member, and Additional Commissioner. His most recent position was Secretary of the Women and Child Development Department, a role he held from March 17, 2008, to October 31, 2009. Verma’s extensive service reflects his commitment to public administration in Uttar Pradesh.
