Ram Saran Singh, born on June 1, 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Graduate degree in Arts. During his career, he served as Additional Director and Vice Chairperson. His most recent position was District Collector and Magistrate, a role he held from December 22, 1998, to May 31, 2001.
