Ram S Saxena, born on June 30, 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he has served in various capacities including Special Secretary, District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Staff Officer, and Joint Development Commissioner. His most recent position was Secretary in the Youth Affairs and Sports Department, from August 1, 2002, to June 30, 2003. Throughout his career, Saxena contributed to administrative functions within his cadre and department until his retirement.
