Ram Pandey, born on June 13, 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities during his career. His most recent position was Sugarcane Officer in the Sugarcane Industry Department from February 13, 2004, to June 30, 2005. Prior to this, he held the role of Joint Secretary. Throughout his tenure, Ram Pandey contributed to the administration within the Bihar cadre before retiring from service.
