Ram Niwas Bugalia, born on 10 November 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 Gujarat cadre. He holds an M.Tech. in Information Technology from Raj University Rajasthan, an L.L.M. in Criminology from National Law University Delhi, and a Master of Arts in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, he serves as the District Development Officer at Tapi, Vyara since 6 February 2025. His previous roles include Project Administrator, Assistant Collector, and Supernumerary Assistant Collector. He is proficient in Hindi and Gujarati.
