Ram Narayan Singh Yadav, born on February 2, 1964, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Allahabad. During his service, he served as District Collector and Magistrate, a position he held from October 27, 2021. His career in the IAS was marked by his commitment to administrative responsibilities within Uttar Pradesh.
