Ram Narain P D, born on 20 August 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Deputy Commissioner, District Magistrate, Special Secretary, and Under Suspension Director. His most recent position was Director in the Revenue Department from 19 March 2001 to 31 August 2002. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative functions of the Bihar cadre before retiring from service.
