Ram N Prasad, born on 29 May 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Bihar cadre. A graduate by education, he served in the Rural Development Department. His most recent position was Joint Secretary, a role he held from 1 January 1999 to 31 May 2000. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative functions within his cadre until retirement.
