Ram N Paswan, born on November 10, 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, Bihar cadre. He served in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department, holding the position of Additional Secretary from January 20, 1998, to November 30, 2002. Mr. Paswan is a graduate and dedicated his career to public service within the Indian Administrative Service.
