Ram Kumar Singh, born on August 11, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Haryana cadre. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science. Currently serving as the Special Secretary to the Government at Haryana since November 3, 2024, he is part of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department. Mr. Singh continues to contribute to the administration in his capacity within the Haryana government.
