Ram Kumar-II, born on 15 July 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He served in various capacities, including District Magistrate of Etawah from 2 October 2005 to 31 July 2007. He held multiple roles as Special Secretary and was the Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. A graduate by education, Ram Kumar-II contributed to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh during his tenure.
