Ram Kumar-II, born on 15 July 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Special Secretary and District Magistrate. His most recent posting was as District Magistrate of Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, from 2 October 2005 to 31 July 2007. He also held the position of Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. Throughout his career, Ram Kumar-II contributed to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh until his retirement.
