Ram Kumar Gautam, born on 14 December 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds degrees in MTA and BJMC. Currently, he serves as the Director at Himachal Pradesh in the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, a position he has held since 25 March 2026. Prior to this, he also held the position of Director. He continues to serve in the IAS with a focus on administrative responsibilities within his cadre.
