Ram Krishna Khandelwal, born on 19 May 1964, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 Bihar cadre. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, and an M.Tech. in Industrial Engineering from IIT Delhi. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Divisional Commissioner, Commissioner, Managing Director, Director, Collector and District Magistrate, and Deputy Development Commissioner. He received multiple awards such as the Champion of Change and certificates of appreciation for electoral practices and organizing significant events.
