Ram Kripal Singh, born on 19 July 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Special Secretary, and Joint Development Commissioner. His most recent posting was as District Magistrate of Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh, from 1 November 2002 to 31 July 2003. Throughout his career, Singh contributed to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh until his retirement.
