Ram Kinkar Gupta, born on October 10, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including Coordinator, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, and Secretary at Indore, Madhya Pradesh from November 6, 2008, to October 31, 2010. Post-retirement, he was associated with the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC).
