Ram Deo Ojha, born on January 22, 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 batch, Bihar cadre. He served in the Department of Home and held the position of Additional Secretary from February 1, 1994, to January 31, 1998. Throughout his career, Ojha contributed to the administrative functions within his cadre and department.
