Ram Bachan Verma, born on 15 August 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in English. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Director, Special Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate. His most recent position was District Magistrate at Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh, from March 2003 to August 2006.
