Ram Anugrah Narayan Singh, born on 18 December 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 Bihar cadre. He holds an M.A. in History from Patna University. During his service, he held the position of Joint Secretary to the Governor. Most recently, he served as Joint Secretary in the Public Health Engineering Department from 14 August 2021 until his retirement.
