Ram A Prasad, born on 15 September 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Commissioner, Managing Director, Director, Administrator, Controller, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Social Welfare Department from 1 October 2002 to 30 September 2003. Throughout his career, he contributed to multiple administrative roles within the Uttar Pradesh government before retiring from service.
