Rallapalli Jagat Sai, born on March 18, 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from VIT University, Tamil Nadu. Currently, he is the Chief Development Officer at Chandouli, a position he has held since March 8, 2025. As an IAS officer, he continues to serve in the administrative capacity within the state of Uttar Pradesh.
