Rakhi Sahay, born on 20 May 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. She is currently serving as Secretary at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, within the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) since 6 July 2025. Prior to this role, she held the position of Managing Director. Ms. Sahay continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Madhya Pradesh.
