Rakhee Gupta Bhandari, born on 28 July 1972, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1997 Punjab cadre. She holds a B.A. and M.A. from Delhi University and an M.Phil. from Madras University. Currently serving as Principal Secretary in the Food Processing Department since 22 January 2024, she has held various key positions including Principal Secretary to the Government of Punjab, Principal Secretary to the Governor, Resident Commissioner, Joint Secretary, and Deputy Commissioner. She has been honored with the Stree Shakti Puraskar (2011), Baba Farid Medal (2008), and the President of India's Silver Medal. She is proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
