Rakesh Kumar Mishra-II, born on June 1, 1964, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. Throughout his career in the Revenue Administration department, he held the position of District Magistrate from June 11, 2019, to August 13, 2019. He also served as Additional Chief Executive Officer. His tenure in various administrative roles reflects his service within the Uttar Pradesh cadre until retirement.
