Raju Narayanaswamy, a 1991-batch IAS officer of the Kerala cadre, was born on 24/05/1968. He holds a B.Sc. from IIT Madras, a B.A. from Delhi University, and a Ph.D. from AMRITA VISHWA VIDYAPEETHAM UNIVERSITY. Fluent in English and Malayalam, he currently serves as the Principal Secretary at the Parliamentary Affairs Department.
