Raju Narayanaswamy, born on 24 May 1968, is a 1991 batch IAS officer of the Kerala cadre. Currently serving as Principal Secretary in the Parliamentary Affairs Department at Thiruvananthapuram since 2 February 2021, he holds postgraduate diplomas in Business Management, Law & Governance, and Urban Development from reputed institutions. His extensive career includes roles such as Managing Director, Chairman of APC, District Collector, Secretary, Commissioner, and Coordinator. He has received the Homi Bhabha Fellowship in Information Technology and Cyber Law, the Kerala State Institute of Children's Literature Award (Science), and the Kerala Sahitya Academy Award in Travelogue. He is proficient in English and Malayalam.
