Raju Mishra, born on 10 February 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and a Master’s in Public Policy and Public Management from JNU New Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary in the Transport Department of West Bengal since 23 March 2026. His previous roles include Chief Executive Officer, Sub Divisional Officer, Officer on Special Duty, Assistant Secretary, Commissioner, Joint Secretary, District Magistrate, Special Secretary, and Commissioner. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
