Raju Mishra, born on 10 February 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and a Master’s in Public Policy and Public Management from JNU, New Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner at West Bengal’s Excise Department since 9 June 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Special Secretary, District Magistrate, Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Sub Divisional Officer, Officer on Special Duty, Assistant Secretary, and Chief Executive Officer. He continues to serve in the IAS.
