Rajpal Singh Kahlon, born on April 13, 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Physics and a postgraduate degree in English Literature. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from January 2016 to April 2018. His past roles encompass Chairman, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Labour Commissioner, Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Additional District Magistrate, and Sub Divisional Officer. His extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the West Bengal cadre.
