Rajnish Kumar Singh, born on February 2, 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and is currently the Registrar at Bihar in the Department of Cooperative Societies, a position he has held since September 11, 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Excise Commissioner-cum-Inspector General of Registration. Mr. Singh continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Bihar.
