Rajneesh Gupta, born on 25 December 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Finance. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Commissioner, Secretary, and Principal Secretary to the Government. His most recent position was Principal Secretary in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department from 30 March 2023 to 31 December 2023. His extensive experience spans roles such as Special Secretary, Director, Deputy Commissioner, and Joint Secretary, reflecting a diverse administrative tenure in the Uttar Pradesh government.
