A graduate in Medicine, he served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary of the Animal Husbandry Department from May 1, 2022. Throughout his career, he held multiple key positions such as Principal Secretary, Secretary, Vice Chairman, Joint Secretary, Divisional Commissioner, Inspector General, Director, Registrar, Special Secretary, District Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Joint Magistrate, and Probationer.
