He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws degree. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary in the Rural Development Department at Lucknow, a position he has held since April 28, 2025. Rajneesh Chandra continues to contribute to public administration within the state of Uttar Pradesh.
