Rajneesh, born on November 23, 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 batch, Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Delhi University, including an M.A. from Delhi University. Currently, he serves as Additional Secretary in the Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises under the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, New Delhi, a position held since January 2, 2023. His previous roles include Secretary, Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary, and various administrative positions such as Deputy Commissioner and Sub Divisional Magistrate. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
