Rajkumar Beniwal, an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2004 batch from the Gujarat cadre, was born on July 7, 1977. He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from BHU Varanasi and a Master's in Public Management. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Vice Chairman & CEO, Commissioner of Municipality, Managing Director, District Collector, District Development Officer, and Assistant Collector. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd, a position he has held since December 22, 2025. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
