Dr. Rajkishor Swain, born on August 13, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a Ph.D. in Sociology, a postgraduate degree in Sociology, and a B.Sc. in Physics. During his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Principal Secretary, Rehabilitation Commissioner, Commissioner, Managing Director, Executive Director, District Collector, Joint Secretary, Administrator, and Assistant Adviser. His most recent position was Principal Secretary in the Department of Home at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, from September 27, 2013, to August 31, 2015.
