Rajive Kumar, born on 28 June 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds postgraduate degrees in Public Administration and Physics, along with a graduate degree in Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Divisional Commissioner, Chairman, Director, Executive Director, Managing Director, Staff Officer, District Collector and Magistrate, Vice Chairman, Deputy Managing Director, Magistrate, Sub Divisional Magistrate, and Executive Magistrate. His extensive experience spans multiple administrative and leadership roles within the Uttar Pradesh government.
