Rajiva Sinha, born on 20 September 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch of the West Bengal cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in Geology. Over his career, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Project Director, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Managing Director, and Additional Chief Secretary to the Government. His most recent position was Principal Secretary from 24 July 2018 to 30 September 2020. Throughout his service, he contributed to multiple departments and held key administrative roles within the West Bengal government.
