Rajiv Raushan, born on 20 May 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2010 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hindi. Currently, he is the Secretary at Bihar's Higher Education Department, a position he has held since 11 December 2025. His previous roles include Commissioner and District Magistrate & Collector. Rajiv is proficient in English and Hindi. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
