Rajiv Raushan, born on 20 May 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a B.A. in Hindi and is proficient in English and Hindi. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Assistant Collector and Magistrate, Sub-Divisional Officer, Joint Secretary, Commissioner, and District Magistrate & Collector. Currently, he is serving as the Secretary in the Higher Education Department of Bihar since 11 December 2025. Rajiv Raushan continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Bihar in his ongoing service.
