Rajiv Ranjan, born on December 8, 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Jharkhand cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities within the state administration. Currently, he is the Secretary of the Transport Department, Jharkhand, a position he has held since February 11, 2026. Prior to this role, he served as Additional Secretary. Rajiv Ranjan continues to be an active member of the Indian Administrative Service.
