Rajiv Kumar Singh, born on 15 September 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 Bihar cadre. During his career, he served in the Disaster Management, Relief and Civil Defence Department. His most recent designation was Special Secretary, a position he held from 28 May 2013 to 30 September 2013. Prior to this, he served as Additional Secretary.
