Rajiv Kumar-II, born on July 1, 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Electronics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Special Secretary, Vice Chairperson, Deputy Chief Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Chief Officer, Executive Magistrate, and Commissioner. His most recent role was Divisional Commissioner at Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh, from February 28, 2009, to June 30, 2021. He also held the position of Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department.
