Dr. Rajiv Kumar Gupta, born on April 2, 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2016 batch, serving in the Punjab cadre. He holds a B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering. Throughout his career, he has held positions including Director, Commissioner, and Chief Administrator. As of June 1, 2024, he serves as the Labour Commissioner at Punjab. Dr. Gupta continues to be an active member of the IAS, contributing to the administration of the state.
