Rajeshwar Dayal Sheokand, born on January 6, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 Haryana cadre. He holds postgraduate qualifications in Public Administration, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), and a graduate degree in English. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Joint Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Director, Managing Director, Special Secretary, and Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Vigilance and Training Department from September 14, 2005, to August 11, 2008.
