Rajesh Soundararajan, born on 21 December 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, Nagaland cadre. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, and an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli. Currently, he serves as Commissioner & Secretary to the Governor in the Higher and Technical Education Department, Nagaland, since 22 March 2023. His previous roles include Secretary to Governor, Deputy Commissioner, Joint Secretary, ADC, and SDO. He is proficient in English and Tamil and continues to serve in the IAS.
