Rajesh Soundararajan, an IAS officer of the 2011 batch from the Nagaland cadre, was born on 21/12/1984. He holds a B.E. in Mech. Engineering from Anna University Chennai and an M.B.A. in Business Admn. from Bharathidasan University Tiruchirappalli. Rajesh serves as the Commissioner & Secretary to Governor. Fluent in English and Tamil, he has showcased his administrative skills in various capacities.
