Rajesh Sharma, born on 21 February 1966, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.A. and an LL.M. from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. During his career, he served as Secretary to the Governor and was appointed Secretary at Himachal Pradesh from 7 November 2023 to 28 February 2026. Post-retirement, he was associated with the State Human Rights Commission.
