Rajesh Pandey, an IAS officer of the 1995 batch from the West Bengal cadre, was born on 29/06/1972. He holds a B.Tech. degree and PG Diplomas from Carnegie Mellon University, Pennsylvania, and IGNOU, Delhi. Proficient in Bengali, English, Hindi, and Nepalese, he currently serves as the Principal Secretary at the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises and Textiles Department.
